What: Sophia spoke on a resiliency panel with the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide (SPTS). The panel also included two other excellent panelists and gave students, teachers and chaperones in the audience the opportunity to listen to different mental health stories, learn how to cope with personal struggles, and ask questions directly to the panelists.
