Huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Ass Huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Assertive Communication Workshop!☀️🌙⭐️
Thank you to Brian for putting together a great presentation and supporting a great cause! We learned that being assertive can boost your self esteem, gain other’s respect while respecting the rights and beliefs of others, and decreasing stress.

Taking the time to learn different skills, such as assertiveness, is extremely beneficial to mental wellness. Be on the lookout for more workshops in the future focusing on other topics!
