What: Endicott College hosted the 4th Annual Changemakers Conference to bring together inspiring and courageous professionals and student leaders for a day of networking and discussion. The Changemakers Conference is centered around promoting women to “lead with confidence” in the work environment. The annual event allows women to obtain advice on professional skills, building their LinkedIn profiles, and is a general confidence boost.

This year, Into The Light’s President and Co-Founder, Sophia, was invited to speak at the Changemaker’s Conference. She gave a speech about her father’s battle with mental illness and later spoke about the evolution of Into The Light as a non-profit seeking to rid the stigma around mental health issues.
