September is Suicide Prevention Month - a cause very important to Into the Light. Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death for people ages 10-14 and the 12th leading cause of death overall in the U.S. Furthermore, more women than men attempt suicide, but men are 4x more likely to die by suicide. This month, make sure you are taking care of yourself and checking in extra on your loved ones. You are NOT alone, and there IS hope!! Keep your head up, you’re doing great💜💙💛
